What Happened?
On August 5, 2026, Onterris reported second quarter 2026 results, including, among other things, revenue of $186.6 million, a decline of -20.4% year over year. Full year 2026 revenue guidance was also lowered to $740 million to $790 million (vs prior guidance of $840 million to $900 million). The Company stated its “momentum” was “offset by [] temporary regulatory waivers that certain of our clients received from federal and state regulators for select air testing services.”
On this news, Onterris’s stock price fell $7.54 per share, or 33.3%, to close at $15.09 per share on August 6, 2026, thereby injuring investors.
